If you have forgotten your password, you should make a request for a new one. The Bank will generate a password and will send same by post.
You will get message as 'user id disabled' if you have made 3 wrong attempts while trying to log in the system.
  If you still remember your password, you should make a request to enable your password.
  If you have forgotten your password, you should make a request for a new password which will be sent by post.
Your User ID will expire if:
  your password/s is/are not changed prior to a lapse of 180 days from activation date or previous password change date.
  there has been no activity for a period of 90 days as from last activity date.
If your User ID has expired, you should make a request for a new one. The Bank will generate a password and will send same by post
You need to log on the Internet Banking system. Go to Mails and Enquiry Tab, from the Option Drop Down, select Change Passwords and change your password/s accordingly.
This means that either the user Id or login password has been wrongly entered. Please ensure that the password is entered using the proper case. For your information, IB@SERVICE24, ib@service24 and Ib@service24 are 3 different passwords.
The internet banking system has an automatic time out session of 10 minutes, that is the system will automatically log you out upon 10 minutes inactive period. In such case, you need to close the existing browser session, open a new browser session and log in again.
